Kelly Pickens
In 2020, Kelly accidentally discovered she had ADHD at the age of 48. This revelation was absolutely life-changing. Since then, Kelly has dedicated her life to learning about ADHD. She is extremely passionate about spreading awareness and empathy for ADHD in general, but in women and girls in particular. She understands how much harder it is for females to find a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.
Kelly's goal is to support you on your journey towards understanding your brain, disentangling your self-worth from your challenges, aligning your true gifts with your values and passions, and finding the self-acceptance and quality of life you deserve.
Kelly uses a multi-modal approach of psycho-education, counseling, diet and lifestyle education, medication management, and nutrient supplementation.
Kelly has created a proprietary workbook that will serve as a framework for creating your unique, individualized ADHD Treatment Plan.
In order to provide individualized and comprehensive support, from which ADHD clients benefit the most, Undivided Attention does not bill health insurance. Please inquire about financing options which may be available, although not guaranteed.
